FITNESS PROGRAMS  

   Certified Personal Training is available.  Individual and Corporate packages are customized to the specific needs of the client.  On-location services are provided for your convenience. 
   I will come to your specified location to discuss your health concerns and goals.  We will work together to accomplish those goals.  Everyone has different ideas about what being fit means to them.  One person’s goal may be to lose 100 pounds and be able to walk around the block without being in pain and out of breath.  Another person may want to become a fitness model and look just like the girl on the cover of “Oxygen Magazine”.  Whatever your dream is, it can be reality.  Don’t limit yourself and stay positive.
   You did not get out of shape overnight and you won’t get into shape overnight.  It takes time, devotion and patience.  I highly recommend working on your goal with a friend.  Support is crucial.  A friend or family member can give you that little push when the couch comes calling.  You will feel good knowing that you are supporting someone too.  It kind of becomes a competition, which is motivating in it’s self.  Some of the types of fitness programs offered are:
