WEIGHT MANAGEMENT 

   When people hear the term “Weight Management”, the first thing they usually think of is obesity.  Weight management involves weight loss and weight gain issues.  It is not about fad diets or weight loss quick fixes.  It is about lifestyle changes that don’t happen overnight. 
   If you are tired of looking in the mirror and wishing you looked like someone else, then you need to decide the time is now to make a change that will affect the rest of your life.  Quit making excuses, stop hiding food or skipping meals thinking you will starve yourself thin or on the other side; starving yourself to stay thin.  Your body will not go without nutrients, even if it has to get it from your own tissues.  If you need to gain weight, you can do it by calorie monitoring.  You have no excuse, unless you have some uncontrolled metabolic or endocrine disorder or you have an undiagnosed malabsorption disorder.  Those issues are just obstacles I like to call “Speed Bumps”. 
   You can change the way you look and feel with the correct nutrition and fitness program designed specifically for your body type and metabolism.  Bone structure can’t be changed, but the surrounding tissue can be developed into a shape you never knew you had. If you are ready for the challenge, so am I!
